My name is Shannon Schmit and I was born, raised, and continue to live in Sycamore, Illinois.  As a resident of DeKalb County, I have to say, there is no place I would rather be.  I have been a Real Estate Agent with the #1 office in DeKalb County-Century 21 Elsner Realty, for 5 years.  I have made a name for myself as a qualified, knowledgeable, honest, and sincere agent.  I pride myself on these things.  I do my best to be the kind of agent that I would want working for me.

Awarded “Rookie of the Year-2004” by the DeKalb Area Association of Realtors.

Earned the recognition of Century 21 Elsner’s “Rookie of the Year” my first year.

Recognized by Century 21 Elsner repeatedly as a multi-million dollar producer from 2003-2006.

Completed 180-hour course in continuing education with the Graduate Realtor Institute to earn my GRI designation.

Recognized by my clients for exceptional Quality Service and earned the Century 21 International Quality Service Award in 2003.

Most recently, recognized again for exceptional quality service by my clients and earned the Quality Service award from Century 21 International in 2006.

As a DeKalb Area Association member, I am on seven committees in the association, including chairing the Forms Committee.
